Workspace

Learn how to use the Workspace—your educator hub on Edge Factor.

The Workspace is where educators organize their classrooms, assign content, and track student progress. It keeps everything in one place so you can stay focused on teaching and learning.

For Educators & Admins

If you are an educator or admin, you can access your Workspace from the left-hand menu of your Edge Factor dashboard.

Here you can:

  • Create and manage classes

  • View and manage assigned content (videos, quizzes, badges, etc.)

  • Track student engagement and completion

For Students

Students do not use the Workspace. Instead, they access their:

  • Classes

  • Assignments

  • Learn & Earn badges

  • Achievements

from their My Journey page.

Quick Tips

  • You must have the Instructor or Administrator role to use the Workspace.

  • Use the “+ Create Class” button to begin setting up your classroom.

  • You can view each class’s assignments, participants, and progress tracking inside Workspace.

  • Deleting or editing assignments is also managed here.
