Why Can’t I Log In? (Login Error Troubleshooting)

If you're having trouble logging into your Edge Factor account, try the following steps:

  1. Check the Website Address

    Make sure you are logging in from the correct URL:
    www.edgefactor.com

  2. Verify Your Email (Username)

    Your email address is your username. Double-check for typos when entering it.

  3. Double Check Your Password

    • If this is your first time logging in, your default password might be:
      Welcome!23 (case-sensitive)

    • If you’ve changed your password and don’t remember it, click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to reset it.

Still Getting an Error?

If the steps above didn’t help:

  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

  • Switch to a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

  • Make sure pop-ups are enabled.

  • If your school uses Google SSO, try logging in with your Google account instead.
