Learn how to participate in Edge Factor’s Learn & Earn program. Every month, students can explore a featured career, complete interactive content, earn digital badges, and get automatically entered to win exciting prizes!

For Educators

As an instructor, you can assign the monthly Learn & Earn badge to your students just like any other assignment:

  • Head to the Library

  • Scroll to the bottom of the Library page to find the current month’s Learn & Earn badge

For Students

Students can find the current Learn & Earn badge by:

  • Navigating to their My Journey page

Each badge includes:

  • Featured career stories or job profiles

  • Quiz or reflection questions

Completing the badge automatically enters students into a monthly draw for prizes like tech gear, apparel, and more!
