Invite Your Educators to Log in to Edge Factor

Once your school has a Premium Edge Factor Membership, it’s time to get your educators onboarded so they can explore content, create classes, and assign resources to students.

Here’s how to invite them to log in and get started:

Option 1: Bulk Upload by Edge Factor

If you haven’t already uploaded your staff:

  1. Email support@edgefactor.com and request our Bulk Upload Spreadsheet.

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • School Name

  3. Send the completed file back, and our team will create accounts for each educator.

Each educator will be given a temporary password: Welcome!23, and prompted to reset it on first login.

Option 2: Join Code (Self-Enroll)

If you'd prefer for educators to create their own accounts:

  1. Contact support@edgefactor.com to request an Educator Join Code for your school.

  2. Share this code with your staff, along with the following steps:

    • Go to app.edgefactor.com

    • Click Log In > Sign Up

      • If your school uses a specific method of login, they can select it or login on your schools portal (e.g. D2L Brightspace, Clever, Classlink, Google SSO, Microsoft SSO)

    • Enter name, email, and password

    • Complete the sign-up and verify their email

    • Enter the Join Code once inside the platform in your account
      • Locate the Join button at the top of the page

This method automatically links the educator to your school and gives them premium access.

Reminder

  • Educators should use their school or district email to register — this ensures their account is correctly linked to your organization.

  • Each educator will receive a personal login with access to their own Workspace, classes, and assignments.
