How to Turn On Closed Captioning

Make your viewing experience more accessible with Edge Factor’s built-in closed captioning (CC). This feature ensures that all viewers—regardless of hearing ability or preferred language—can follow along with the video content.

Steps to Enable Closed Captions

  1. Open the Edge Factor Library
    Navigate to the Library in your Edge Factor account.

  2. Choose a Video
    Select the series and then the specific episode you wish to watch.

  3. Click the CC Button
    Inside the video player, look for the “CC” (Closed Captions) icon—typically located in the bottom right corner of the player controls.

  4. Select Your Language
    Click on the “CC” button to view available language options.
    Choose the language that works best for you.

  5. Watch with Captions
    Captions will now display at the bottom of your video.

Note on Availability

Closed captioning is available on Edge Factor videos in 20 different languages including english.
