For schools that are part of a district or board-wide Edge Factor membership, we work directly with a designated initiative lead at the board level during implementation.
What is the role of the board-level lead?
The initiative lead will:

Receive administrator login credentials to the Edge Factor platform

Have the ability to review & edit the network

Monitor school-level activity such as:

User account setup & review

Student usage and engagement

Why is this important?
Having someone at the board level helps ensure:

A coordinated rollout across schools

Consistent messaging and support for educators

Ongoing visibility into platform adoption and usage

Access to the Board Usage Analytics Dashboard, which shows how each school is using the platform and where support may be needed
