Can I Roster my Students Using my Clever Rostering?

If your school or district is already set up with Clever, you can use Clever to roster students and classes in the Edge Factor platform. 

However, there are two different Clever integrations available, and it's important to know the difference:

1. Clever Single Sign-On (SSO) App – Free

This app allows educators and students to log into Edge Factor directly from within the Clever platform. It simplifies access but does not include automatic rostering of students or classes.

2. Clever Rostering App – Paid

This integration allows your student and class data from Clever to sync automatically with Edge Factor’s Users and Groups section. You’ll be able to:

  • Automatically roster students and teachers

  • Sync class lists and update them as changes happen in Clever

  • Reduce manual setup time

Note: This rostering service includes a fee, as Clever charges for access to their rostering features.
