Can I Assign Content to Students for Free?

If you're using a free Edge Factor account, you can share content with your students, but you cannot assign content or track student progress.

Free accounts give you access to a selection of open resources. These include videos, activities, and toolkits that can be shared with students using direct links, or shown during presentations in class. However, because free accounts do not include classroom management tools, you won’t be able to:

• Assign content to individual students or groups

• Create or manage classrooms

• Track student opens, engagements, or completions

• Access downloadable lesson plans or completion metrics

If you're looking for ways to organize and assign learning experiences, monitor student progress, and access premium educator resources, these features are available with a paid Edge Factor membership.
